Croom road is indeed completely paved through Chassahowitzka National wildlife ending up on Cortez Road just a little bit east of I 75. Jack, Grumpy and I took it leaving the restaurant today and it's a gorgeous route.  This information came from Bob Rankin who was talking to some riders that just came through there, glad it was mentioned.   :cooldude:

That is the same thing Eddie said (TT) When we left we were on Croom road and the new construction (pavement) starts just East of Dempsey road seems to me it connected to older pavement about 3-4 miles before 50. So what part is Croom and what part is Croom Rital?   So half is one name?  Goofy

I was a great road and we definitely have to do it again soon.

We crossed paths with 2 Valks that were going the opposite way, a black IS and a Tourer.

Thanks again Jerry for leading us, you definitely know all the good roads,  even when you don't you make it seem like you do  ;D :cooldude:

If u turn on it, it becomes edge water and spits u out at river ratz. Lol that stupid road has like 3 or 4 names. My gps goes a lil nutty when she has to say them all.

Yea, thats the new part, the other part has veen paved for awhile albiet a shitty pave job. Did they actual lay fresh down?

_Sheffjs_

Just east of Dempsey road it was feesh new pavement for a good long while. Jack or Bill would you not say that was fresh new (very nice road?) now i would say as we were about 3-4 maybe? miles from rt50 it turned to older pavement.  We did not go North at all we went East and then it went South to 50. If it is paved to River Rats as well, well sweet!

Here is a quick map with my best guess, red arrows is new pavement that we traveled on start and stop, gray was older pavement, black is presumed new pavement to River Ratz. Yellow was new and nice road.   We came from the West.
