Thunderbolt, We leave out of Milton,FL on Sat. 12th and will check in at the Blueridge Motercycle Campground on Sunday. If you are around hway276 you might see some brother Valk's cruzing that part of the Parkway where there is an on/off ramp. I saw the weather report and temps around Waynesville will be low's in the mid /upper  40's! Rain looks like it will be out of the area while we are there and I hope it's been dry for you. I don't know Pineola area but not unusual for me. :uglystupid2:

So far so good, we have had a little rain and Sunday night is supposed to be 45 and all next week highs in the low 70's. We have had to run the little electric space heater in the mornings as the RV is not the best insulated in the world. Next week will be great for riding and I hope we get to take advantage of it with some new roads to us at least.

One last note for the day.  When I went out on the Blue Ridge Parkway this morning I saw a couple of turkeys and a black bear and 3 or 4 cubs.  I couldn't get the cell phone out in time to take a picture before they were gone.  They really do try to stay away from people.
