Yep, only way to keep them shiny after the first time is to keep it up until they are so short they need to be replaced.    ;)

That's how Not to drag a peg. Rider went down did you not notice that his foot disappeared and his hands disappeared from the handle bar that was also dragging :uglystupid2:

if you look real close you will get a glimpse of the riders pants turn a little darker..

darn 'made in China'  footpegs, don't last very long now do they?

I'm not a peg scrapper, but have from time to time touched down my cobra flooboards a few times mostly taking a slower speed turn too sharp.    Very lucky they flip up an inch or so otherwise might end up on the road myself.
