Hello everybody my name is Eddie and I'm a proud owner of a 2001 black interstate. I made the move up about 4 months ago from a 2000 Honda Sabre which I'm trying to sell. I've been reading a lot of post's around the site and purchased a few bling items from the classified section too. I've met some of you at the Hardee's on Rt. 19 and at the brooksville breakfast get together. You guys are a pretty cool bunch !! My buddy "tourus5/17" and I do a lot of ridding in hernando, citrus and surrounding county's, we're always finding new roads to ride.  I go by "steel Cowboy" on the site and hope to meet the rest of you, maybe at some of the get together's. Ride safe everybody !!!

hey Sixlow, the Sabre is a fun bike to ride but for 2-up its a bit under powered. We've been thinking of a few weekend trips and there isn't much storage available on her either. I also own a 2003 1200 sportster that was last ran in 2005 ( got her 2 years myself now ) The term I believe is 'barn find" well it should be a shed find. The P/O only put 4570 miles on it. Someday I'll get it going and sell it off too.
