Oss and others following this thread, I just received a call (11am CST) from Dennis. They rented a van with their little boat trailer in the van and Mitch riding Dennis' bike and are headed back to Louisiana. That's gotta be a picture to ponder for a minute. Him with a broken ankle and her with a broken hand. Who's driving? LOL Well, Dennis said he's driving. He asked me to post this and that they are getting it done and to thank the whole Valkyrie family for the interest, help and offers to help and generosity. They are humbled by the outpouring of all and deeply grateful. And, I don't think they even are aware of what you are doing Oss. All I know is that I'd be the luckiest guy in the world if I had a friend like Mitch. ........now that I think of it, I do, and his name is Dennis.

I am closing out the fund Monday releasing a last paypal transfer
and mailing escrow checks to the beneficiaries from the 2 checks that went into the escrow account   

Thank you to all who put into the hat at the motel and all who donated to the fund

Mostly I am happy to know that our prayers were answered and none of the injuries were
life threatening.   Dennis send the nurse back to Bill when you are done with her.   



With time and a little PT both couples should be back to full strength
and their rides will be able to be restored to their former glory
