97 valkyrie clutch issues

I can't get my baby to go into neutral unless I turn engine off, and then it is hard sometimes please help

You need to pull in the clutch lever, its the one on the left.

How does the lever feel ? I'd recommend starting there. Is there air in the system ? Is the lever and bushing in good condition ?  I haven't heard of much master/slave problems.
If they are all good, then maybe the clutch itself has a problem.

That was a good one  I have taken slave cylinder off and cleaned it out and put it back on changed fluid in master cylinder and bled it got good tight clutch action.

A lot but still can't go to neutral without killing engine. Any ideas ?

It might have something to do with the neutral switch not lined up properly. I have to fiddle with my lever to get the light on even though it's in neutral.

I guess maybe more explanation might help. For instance: "good tight clutch action". What does this mean?

And again, If you're killing the engine when shifting to neutral, does this mean all the time, like when riding

and when you're stopped. Does gear clashing occur?

I think with what's been posted so far, you're problem is the clutch has not been completely bled of air.
