What I wouldn't give for a real bagel from a real Jewish deli/bakery; top it with lox and cream cheese...deeelicious.   Ya just can't get perfect ones out here in the high country (must be the altitude and the water).

I read his books, there are even more stories of close calls in there.   

I highly recommend his books if you haven't read them... they're a damn good read!!!
