OOOPS! 2 months early on the birthday wish

I know Big John's birthday was last week or this coming week, not sure of the exact date, but, wanted to make sure not to forget his birthday.  He will be or just turned 78 years young! Hope you had a great day!

Bill, I appreciate the nod but.....it's not until April 2. Not sure of your sources, you may have it mixed up with my telling of one of my daughters and family coming this week. As for the date, it's always been something Rita's sisters kid me about by telling me my mother lied to me about the date. They maintain it really is April 1st, April Fools day, but my mother told me it was the 2nd just to save me the embarrassment. When Rita met her, she had to tease a bit, saying my mother could confide in her.  But she stuck to her guns, said I started making myself known early in the day, finally made an appearance late afternoon with a lot of hollering and was so big he was a literal PITA(my mother was a tiny woman). Rita told her I hadn't changed in over 50 years....I was in my mid-50's at the time.

Sorry John, I misunderstood from our meeting last week. I guess you will get two acknowledgements for your birthday this year. LOL!  At least you will not be forgotten.

  Like I told Grumpy, the more b'days you have the longer you live. Proven scientific fact! So....I hope to keep'em coming. I once told my youngest gal I wanted to live long enough to be a pain in my girl's collective butts. She just laughed and told me I had already exceeded my own expectations.
