I have just scored a set of Hard Krome exhausts. Will I need to rejet the carbs? I have a 96 US spec bike that is desmogged.

I have Hard Krome pipes on my desmogged 2003 Standard and I didn't touch the carbs.  I do have the short baffles in and I have no popping or other issues.

Thanks very much, not sure if mine have the baffles as they won't be here until Tuesday. Hopefully they will have them and no re-jetting required.

Shouldn't really matter, I ran mine for about a week with no baffles and I didn't have any popping, I just couldn't stand the volume any more and put the baffles in.

When you get em installed, post a pic. I'd love to see how they look.   :cooldude:

After waiting a week for the new exhaust gaskets from my local stealer I finally got the pipes fitted. Not the easiest of jobs but I think they look and sound great. They do have the baffles and are in perfect unmarked condition. My LeatherLyke bags no longer fit but I will cope.

**Update**

It seems as though this board software won't let me post an image from my site or Google photos hence the two links.
