U Joint failure Omak, Washington

Hello All:
Looks like I'm broke down in Omak, Washington. Feels and sounds like a ujoint. Don't think bt the sounds I will be able to limp it home.
Anybody near by who can help out ? I'm thinking I need to trailer it to Kelowna, BC or at least the Cdn border.

That does suck. It could also be the pinion, check it before buying any parts.

If you have to order a new u-joint, ProCaliber is $120, Partzilla is $133. And, Procaliber is in the northwest, think it's Washington.

Lyle, sorry, just saw your post. I have a u-joint I got with my bike, but I haven't inspected it yet, still in plastic from the PO.

Procaliber is in Vancouver WA.

Usually with the u-joint you are lucky if you can drive it to a shop under it's own power.

Keep us informed, maybe I'll try to check from work tomorrow see how you are going. There are Valk riders in Kelowna.

Thanks for all the replies guys. My bike is in with a friend of mine and he will tear it down and sort things out. I've got a flight home today and will come back and get it when it's fnished.
ps: we'll take your advice and tear it down before ordering parts !

It's at a friends in Armstrong, should be trailered back to Calgary thursday, then I will dig in to it
