Where is the best place to buy a replacment windshield for a tourer?

I need the replace the shield on my 99 tourer, just the plastic, it is delaminated and pitted.

Quality products,choice of sizes, but they are a small company that makes them as ordered(usually)so you won't get it as soon as some think they should, but worth the wait. They will keep you informed at each step of manufacture so you know where it's at in the process. Sometimes the info is a little late, I was told that mine would ship on a certain day and it was delivered the next day and I'm 2000 miles from them.

I bought a Clearview for my 98 Tourer.  Picked 2 inches shorter than stock plus a vent.
I'm 6 ft tall and now look over the shield all the time without stretching. This new size
has given much more turbulence with a big increase in wind noise. My handlebar mounted
speakers became useless above 45 mph. I did install a new larger amp and the music
clarity now is possible at hwy speeds.  Rode 100 miles in a heavy rain (I wear glasses)
visibility was poor I used to tuck in behind the taller stock shield this one doesn't have that
dry area. I still like the shield very much and will buy another if needed.

I bought a new Clearview windshield a year ago and am still totally satisfied with it.

I'm no help! I've bought both Cee Baileys and Clearview Shields and both have been quite serviceable.

I'm pleased with Clearview.

I will not order another vented shield. It precludes adding pockets & doesn't pass enough air to be useful, rattles, & dribbles rain.

I'm happy with Clearview as well.  Kept me informed, and I got half off the shield for a defect you couldnt really see.  They offered it, I didnt have to ask.

I have a Clearview on both my Valks and like 'em so far.  The Std has the original spec shield and the I/S has the Xtra Tall with the vent.

They wont deliver to Canada over 21 inch that's stupid, it's only an 1 inch taller.

I am a big believer in the Cee Bailey's windshields for a couple of reasons. First, they are a direct copy of the OEM windshield and are thicker and more stable than the OEM.  They give you a lot less wind on your chest because of the circle cut out for the headlight. They are also available in a 2" taller version.  I have one of each on my two '97s.  The taller one is leaned back which gives about the same height.  I might like it just a little better.  I'm sure that it looks better...Jim

If you haven't found a windshield yet, PM me.  I'm just 2 hours away in Maryville, MO and I've got an OEM windshield in a box in the garage that doesn't have any hardware.  I used the hardware on my Clearview with the vent.  Deer took out the Valk and I didn't retrieve the hardware.  New Valk has a batwing so I still don't need the OEM shield.  I'm willing to be very reasonable on the shield.
