Hello everyone , I tried to put new powder coated valve covers, I succeeded on one side but the 2nd valve cover was a challenge, I only manage to get four bolts in and the rest two were impossible . Found out that the threads  on the block where the screws supposed to go is slightly stripped at the enterance making it hard for the pointy head on the screws to catch the healthy part of the thread .
I also and just to check , I put the cover on without the washers on the  screws and they snug just fine. So before going crazy and use a heli coil , any other options or suggestions!
All help is appreciated

Buy new allen head screws without the pointy ends.  :cooldude:  Yeah I know they are not just your ordinary screws so maybe do a search on partzilla or some other sites that have searches and see if one of the other models of flat six or 4 cylinder engines had longer screws by a few millimeters and were built the same just longer.  John probably has some in the junk box.

As a matter of fact, yes but....they're for the 1200 and are shorter.

Pretty sure the wing bolts are a little longer...

You right tj, john also along with few other suggested that, found few here in the garage , everything is good now, and the problem solved. Thanks to all of you

Yep, gold wings are about 3/8 longer. Goldwing has hydraulic lifters so the covers are deeper.

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you're in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.
