I made a post this morning but for some reason it didn't get posted....oh well.  Anyway, I had both of my bikes up for sale and of course the newer one sold first. So I bid bye bye to the ST1300 and started working on the Valk.  New fork seals, new battery, new tires, spline grease, etc. Leaving Friday for a week of camping up in Ohio somewhere. I dont' know where but I'll follow Joe's Goldwing until he says we're there. :)  My CB went with the ST so I bought a Sena 20S....still trying to figure that thing out.

Art, I knew you were selling your Valk but did not know you were selling your ST1300.

Have a fun and safe trip and just make sure you are following the right Goldwing or you could find yourself somewhere else  :cooldude:

The Sena is fairly easy to figure out. If you have a smart phone there is an APP for the Sena that can help you anywhere/anytime. Settings can be changed with the phone.
Enjoy your ride. Seems like I read a thread on the main board a few weeks ago about a guy that pulled out of a parking lot and started following the wrong bike....to the tune of over 50 miles wrong if I remember correctly!

I've never followed the wrong bike.....but I have a friend up in SC who left his wife behind  at a pit stop on a long ride one day. It took us about 10 miles to realize that he'd left her. When we got back to the gas station she was standing outside with her hands on her hips , foot patting, with fire in her eyes.

I am trying to rig some sort of pouch for the Sena speakers on my shortie helmet, without having to zip in the hot ear and neck skirt.

I will try to not get behind the wrong Wing. Anyway, even if I do and end up somewhere else, the GPS will always take me home.  lol

Double sided tape or velcro strips come to mind for that type of install? Remember that the speaker wire is the antenna for the FM part of the Sena so over the top of the helmet works better. May have to remove some padding if that shorty helmet covers your ears.

Pappy, I got some iron on patch stuff and made a little pocket for the speakers and velcroed them to the straps of the half helmet. It is working ok here in the house... I will find out how well it works on the road. I will take the zip-in leather skirt along just in case.  :)

I think Sena has a sexy voice.  When she says  "command" it brings ideas to my evil mind.
