They started building the fence on the border while Bush was President. They never finished the job. Hwy 281 starts in Brownsville and runs next to the border (Rio Grande) till Pharr Texas then turns north. I have rode that road too many times. The fence is pretty much finished in that area, but every mile or less there is a road to the river so there is a gate way. BUT! there is no gate to close up, so illegals can walk through.

Now for the past I don't know how long but a long time, the illegals look for the border patrol and get caught, as they are no longer sent back. They get fed and doctored then promise to show up for a court date are released and start there journey north.

Here in the Valley, it is big business as there are many facilities springing up to house these people to take care of all there lost children etc., big money your government is spending.

Liberals care about the plight of these wetbacks, I mean illegal aliens, I mean undocumented immigrants, (the terminology has softened over my years), or do they plan for them to become voters.

What description do you use for a person entering the USA through a portion of the border where customs and immigration don't have a normal facility for checking a persons citizenship status?

There should be a website that says what different countries do when they catch people crossing or attempting to cross a border without permission and pics of the border fences

I would venture that the responses are
immediate arrest and detention beatings for confessions and torture
execution if situation warrants
confiscation of all belongings
charge of espionage

I am not a fan of mines, they are inhuman IMHO and kill many innocent children and livestock

If a person crossing does not surrender I would not charge the office who shoots  but cursed if I think we should just shoot these people like dogs (apologies to paul who likes dogs)

At least Wizzard knows me personally and and somewhat speak on my behalf. You know nothing of me except what i post on here. If you knew me personally you would know i would never shoot anyone without the special permits and ok by law enforcement unless my life is is danger and it is the last resort. They are driven purely and soley by their emotions.

Mine fields are only inhuman when hidden and secret.  Ours would be clearly marked, and in multiple languages.  About 3/4 mile deep to make tunneling difficult.  Anyone killed or injured there... would be voluntary suicide.  Narrow the allowable flow across to a small number of choke points, guarded, armed, video and drone.  Works well in the Korean DMZ.

The whole world would scream bloody murder.... fok them.
