Posting from just pics

Everything I try to post a pic from, just pics, all I Get is a link display, not the actual pic. What am I doing wrong

Just tried it and posted this photo fro just pics.
What I did: Select photo, right click with mouse, select copy.
Click on square photo icon just above row of emojies and place curser between (img)l(img) and paste the photo.
