Must have been down Rob, I couldn't get it either.

It was down. I spoke words of encouragement and tried to give it a positive attitude to no avail.

Thanks to whoever provided the attitude adjustment for the site.

Hey, Eli. How you been ? Haven't seen you on in a while.

I was kind of freaking out last night. I had messaged Cotton Mouth about purchasing his pipes a week ago. But work was so busy I couldn't drive up to Vegas till today. He had PM'd me his contact info and I didn't transfer it to my phone. Just figured I look at my message. Well, that doesn't work so well when the site is down. So, last night I figured it would be up this morning. No go. The only thing I could remember from his message was he would be at work and to call him when I got there. I THINK he said he worked at the City Public Works Dept. So, I figured at worst I'd go in their office and explain to the receptionist that I was there to buy MC parts from a guy that I couldn't remember his name or phone #.  :o But like they say about the best laid plans of mice and men. There is no office. There is a locked gate with a terminal for the workers to put their code in and drive thru. I'm starting to think I've just wasted 6 hours and $40 of gas.  :tickedoff: About then a couple workers drive up and start to put their code in. I run over to them probably looking like some crazed maniac. I explain to them the situation. And they ask me what's his name ? Uh...I don't know. I tell them he used to own a Honda Valkyrie and I think he now has an Indian. They say, oh that sounds like Mike. We'll see if we can find him and send him out. They didn't find him but Cotton Mouth decides to come out to the parking lot at our prearranged time. I'm sitting under a tree trying to stay cool and he asks if everything is ok. I tell him I'm here to buy some parts from a guy, thinking he might be security and is going to run me off. He goes "Oh that's me" :cooldude: All's well that ends well.

Isn't that how we did things before the internet and cell phones?

...

You must have your profile options set wrong.  You should get an email everytime someone PMs you.  It contains the content of the PM.

I used to. I switched it a while back when my wife kept asking me why people were sending emails to me trashing Obama .  :o
