Tried to round up some riders on Monday however it ended up just Nick and I. I pulled into the Speedway and Nick was already there. Sharp contrast to the day before where it looked like 100 bikes converged to now just Nick, myself and some older gent on a Wing trike, nonetheless it was good conversation with the Wing man and us.  We took off north and then east and found ourselves ending in a Dade City at Cafe Kokopelli's for a fantastic lunch, me with beer cheese soup and Nick with she crab. We used the front of the Cafe - which the building it is now in was actually the original ford dealership in Dade city selling model Ts up to the first Mustangs where it then moved location.  We then went to the old train station to continue the clicking. Here are some photos.

Couldn't have asked for better riding weather yesterday. You guys got some really nice shots at both places. If there is a Kawasaki Cruiser or Drifter calendar in production you should send a few pics Jerry. You really hit a home run with that one. Nick, the each time I see a picture of your ValkGlide it's like the first time over again. Kudos to both of you!!

Thanks for the positive feedback.   I for sure got the warm fuzzies with all the genuine positive remarks on the Drifter from so many.  It could never replace the Valk especially on longer hauls but for a run around bike it is a riot.   And hanging around Nick and seeing his posts on FB he too gets lots of likes with his creation.  Then we have mister Jack and mister Don pushing the Valks to new and different creations with Apes and the red Rod.   What an addictive hobby and a great group with sweet rides, a list that can just go on.

Nice location for the pics at the railroad station.  Jerry how does the seat height compare to the Valkyrie?

A tad lower and not as wide. Much easier to deal with for slow tight stuff.
