You have to wonder. Who loads up multiple cans of paint to go up there and paint all the rocks? I've been at many similar overlooks with the same paint. Do a high percentage of humans think they are Leonardo DaVinci?

In Turkey, I rented a big motor sailor and went out in the Aegean to many little uninhabited islands. One is inhabited by hundreds of little wild donkeys. They like to be fed and expect it from the tourists (many big tourist boats go there, and the operators take lots of food for them). But holy crap you better be ready because they all come running up on you like a John Ford movie western stampede. They don't bite, but they do stomp on your feet.
