Attorney General Barr has released a four page letter on the Mueler Probe. In other news, Crisis Counselors are being deployed throughout DC and several Blue States to help provide emotional support. But, I assure you, kind of like a dog with a bone, they won't let go? The Dems will come up with something (true or not) to energize their believers. Now, let's turn Mueller loose on the Clintons, their Foundation, ect........ Rams.

Actual text of the summary to save ya'll from searching if you so desire to read what it says instead of what the talking heads tell you it says: The Attorney General
Washington, DC. March 24, 2019
The Honorable Lindsey Graham The Honorable Jerrold Nadler Chairman, Committee on the Judiciary Chairman, Committee on the Judiciary United States Senate United States House of Representatives 290 Russell Senate Of?ce Building 2132 Rayburn House Of?ce Building Washington, DC. 20510 Washington, DC. 20515 The Honorable Dianne Feinstein The Honorable Doug Collins Ranking Member, Committee on the Judiciary Ranking Member, Committee on the Judiciary United States Senate United States House of Representatives 331 Hart Senate Of?ce Building 1504 Longworth House Of?ce Building Washington, DC. 20510 Washington, DC. 20515
Dear Chairman Graham, Chairman Nadler, Ranking Member Feinstein, and Ranking Member Collins:
As a supplement to the noti?cation provided on Friday, March 22, 2019, I am writing today to advise you of the principal conclusions reached by Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller and to inform you about the status of my initial review of the report he has prepared.
The Special Counsel?s Report
On Friday, the Special Counsel submitted to me a ?con?dential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions? he has reached, as required by 28 CPR. This report is entitled ?Report on the Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election.? Although my review is ongoing, I believe that it is in the public interest to describe the report and to summarize the principal conclusions reached by the Special Counsel and the results of his investigation.
The report explains that the Special Counsel and his staff thoroughly investigated allegations that members of the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump, and others associated with it, conspired with the Russian government in its efforts to interfere in the 2016 US. presidential election, or sought to obstruct the related federal investigations. In the report, the Special Counsel noted that, in completing his investigation, he employed 19 lawyers who were assisted by a team of approximately 40 FBI agents, intelligence forensic accountants, and other professional staff. The Special Counsel issued more than 2,800 subpoenas, executed nearly 500 search warrants, obtained more than 230 orders for communication records, issued almost 50 orders authorizing use of pen registers, made 13 requests to foreign governments for evidence, and interviewed approximately 500 witnesses.
The Special Counsel obtained a number of indictments and convictions of individuals and entities in connection with his investigation, all of which have been publicly disclosed. During the course of his investigation, the Special Counsel also referred several matters to other of?ces for further action. The report does not recommend any further indictments, nor did the Special Counsel obtain any sealed indictments that have yet to be made public. Below, I summarize the principal conclusions set out in the Special Counsel?s report.
Russian Interference in the 2016 US. Presidential Election. The Special Counsel?s report is divided into two parts. The ?rst describes the results of the Special Counsel?s investigation into Russia?s interference in the 2016 US. presidential election. The report outlines the Russian effort to in?uence the election and documents crimes committed by persons associated with the Russian government in connection with those efforts. The report further explains that a primary consideration for the Special Counsel?s investigation was whether any Americans including individuals associated with the Trump campaign joined the Russian conspiracies to in?uence the election, which would be a federal crime. The Special Counsel?s investigation did not ?nd that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with RuSsia in its efforts to in?uence the 2016 US. presidential election. As the report states: ?[T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.?1
The Special Counsel?s investigation determined that there were two main Russian efforts to in?uence the 2016 election. The ?rst involved attempts by a Russian organization, the Internet Research Agency (IRA), to conduct disinformation and social media operations in the United States designed to sow social discord, eventually with the aim of interfering with the election. As noted above, the Special Counsel did not ?nd that any US. person or Trump campaign of?cial or associate conspired or knowingly coordinated with the IRA in its efforts, although the Special Counsel brought criminal charges against a number of Russian nationals and entities in connection with these activities.
The second element involved the Russian government?s efforts to conduct computer hacking operations designed to gather and disseminate information to in?uence the election. The Special Counsel found that Russian government actors successfully hacked into computers and obtained emails from persons af?liated with the Clinton campaign and Democratic Party organizations, and publicly disseminated those materials through various intermediaries, including WikiLeaks. Based on these activities, the Special Counsel brought criminal charges against a . number of Russian military of?cers for conspiring to hack into computers in the United States for purposes of in?uencing the election. But as noted above, the Special Counsel did not ?nd that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in these efforts, despite multiple offers from Russian-af?liated individuals to assist the Trump campaign.
In assessing potential conspiracy charges, the Special Counsel also considered whether members of the Trump campaign ?coordinated? with Russian election interference activities. The Special Counsel de?ned ?coordination? as an ?agreement?tacit or express?between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government on election interference.?
Obstruction of Justice. The report?ssecond part addresses a number of actions by the President most of which have been the subject of public reporting that the Special Counsel investigated as potentially raising obstruction-of?justice concerns. After making a ?thorough factual investigation? into these matters, the Special Counsel considered whether to evaluate the conduct under Department standards governing prosecution and declination decisions but ultimately determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment. The Special Counsel therefore did not draw a conclusion one way or the other as to whether the examined conduct constituted obstruction. Instead, for each of the relevant actions investigated, the report sets out evidence on both sides of the question and leaves unresolved what the Special Counsel views as ?dif?cult issues? of law and fact concerning whether the President?s actions and intent could be viewed as obstruction. The Special Counsel states that ?while this report does not conclude that I the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.?
The Special Counsel?s decision to describe the facts of his obstruction investigation without reaching any legal conclusions leaves it'to the Attorney General to determine whether the conduct described in the report constitutes a crime. Over the course of the investigation, the Special Counsel?s of?ce engaged in discussions with certain Department of?cials regarding many of the legal and factual matters at issue in the Special Counsel?s obstruction investigation. After reviewing the Special Counsel?s ?nal report on these issues; consulting with Department of?cials, including the Of?ce of Legal Counsel; and applying the principles of federal prosecution that guide our charging decisions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel?s investigation is not suf?cient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense. Our determination was made Without regard to, and is not based on, the constitutional considerations that surround the indictment and criminal prosecution of a sitting president.2
In making this determination, 'we noted that the Special Counsel recognized that ?the evidence does not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference,? and that, while not determinative, the absence of such evidence bears upon the President?s intent with respect to obstruction. Generally speaking, to obtain and sustain an obstruction conviction, the government would need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a person, acting with corrupt intent, engaged in obstructive conduct with a suf?cient nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding. In cataloguing the President?s actions, many of which took place in public View, the report identi?es no actions that, in our judgment, constitute obstructive conduct, had a nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding, and were done with corrupt intent, each of which, under the Department?s principles of federal prosecution guiding charging decisions, would need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to establish an obstruction-of- justice offense.
Status of the Department?s Review
The relevant regulations contemplate that the Special Counsel?s report will be a confidential report to the Attorney General. See Office of Special Counsel, 64 Fed. Reg. 37,038,
2 See A Sitting President?s Amenability t0 Indictment and Criminal Prosecution, 24 Op. O.L.C. 222 (2000). 3 37,040-41 (July 9, 1999). As I have previously stated, however, I am mindful of the public interest in this matter. For that reason, my goal and intent is to release as much of the Special Counsel?s report as I can consistent with applicable law, regulations, and Departmental policies.
Based on my discussions with the Special Counsel and my initial review, it is apparent that the report contains material that is or could be subject to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure which imposes restrictions on the use and disclosure of information relating to matter(s) occurring before grand jury.? Fed. R. Crim. P. Rule 6(e) generally limits disclosure of certain grand jury information in a criminal investigation and prosecution. Id. Disclosure of 6(e) material beyond the strict limits set forth in the rule is a crime in certain circumstances. See, e. g. 18 U.S.C. 401(3). This restriction protects the integrity of grand jury proceedings and ensures that the unique and invaluable investigative powers of a grand jury are used strictly for their intended criminal justice function.
Given these restrictions, the schedule for processing the report depends in part on how quickly the Department can identify the 6(e) material that by law cannot be made public. I have requested the assistance of the Special Counsel in identifying all 6(e) information contained in the report as quickly as possible. Separately, I also must identify any information that could impact other ongoing matters, including those that the Special Counsel has referred to other of?ces. As soon as that process is complete, I will be in a position to move forward expeditiously in determining what can be released in light of applicable law, regulations, and Departmental policies.
As I observed in my initial noti?cation, the Special Counsel regulations provide that ?the Attorney General may determine that public release of? noti?cations to your respective Committees ?would be in the public interest.? 28 CPR. I have so determined, and I will disclose this letter to the public after delivering it to you.
Sincerely,
William P. Barr Attorney General

Ya, the liberal main stream media talking heads (snowflakes) are losing their minds. They created and believed so much fake news that they were 100% sure President Trump would be taken out of the White House in handcuffs about now. They waited so long and its NOTHING. They cant even recognize reality because they have been living in this fake news world that Trump is a racist, a womanizer and a cheat. Surely there has got to be proof. Time to break out the coloring books and stuffed animals again. They put all their eggs in the one basket that this special council would end their problem. Well, they will lose again. Trump wins by a landslide in 2020. The competition is so weak that Old uncle Joe is really their best chance and its almost a snowballs chance in hell Bidon would defeat Trump.

Virtually every thing the President has done, said, tweeted or been quoted on is public knowledge. While I am sure the Dems will scream bloody murder, they have witnessed everything, every word, every decision and action and nothing on this. They all hung their hats on the Collusion Probe. Heads are exploding all over DC and many Blue States. Now, let's turn Mueller loose on the Clintons. Guaranteed the Dems don't want that! Rams

It should be understood that this investigation was a prosecutorial/police type of investigation. They are not designed to exonerate people. They lay out everything they find and don't find toward a prosecution (to be handed over to DOJ for action). They went ahead and referred crimes they found that were prosecutable, and those have already been dealt with publicly. The only marginally open ended finding in AG Barr's summary is the issue of Trump obstructing justice. Every time he publicly tweets or TV soundbites his criticism of anything and everything under the sun, including the Mueller investigation, he could potentially obstruct justice (by virtue of a sitting president expressing an opinion). However, even a president has freedom of speech, and all the speech was purely in the public domain for everyone to see and read (not some nefarious private communication with others to create a secret plan to conspire to obstruct justice). This may be the (or one) direction the Dems go to continue their Alice in Wonderland Continuing Fantasy Island Quest for the Holy Grail of something to hang the president on. But there's nothing there, or Mueller's report would have said so.

The dems put a bunch of squirrelly candidates up thinking they were not going to have to worry about Trump. It’s hilarious, now they have to worry about Trump. I predict more than one dropping out now that Trump is clearly in the race. They may even try to resurrect HRC. That would be a mistake but they will be getting desperate. They have made a stinky bed no one will want to sleep in but we shall see.

Cuz sez i he does NOT trust the press news media reporters etc etc. While his tweets may-well do-git twisted it's out there like he said it-the "media" had NO chance to spin it. He said at the Very beginning-there was NOTHING to the collusion report. And I M H O had the former potus said there was nothing to investigate no investigation would have been done on his watch. Wunder What ZACKLY the ding bats iz gonna "investigate" next. RIDE SAFE.

ARREST THEM, THROW THEM IN JAIL.
Russia Gate designed to influence election, the very federal law that the Mueller investigation was about.
The FISA and the reason for the whole investigation was FALSE.
The collusion charge was false against Trump but the, obtaining of a FISA warrant, lying, plotting, planning, all for the purpose of influencing the election by the many players with the purpose to overthrow a government.
The spying on, of a candidate running for office with no charges is illegal.
The very purpose for the Mueller investigation was intimidation and influence, they already knew there was no collusion, it was their insurance policy and projection of their own actions.
They wanted to overthrow an election and a duly elected official and used every illegal trick and the power of the federal government along with individuals in positions of power to overthrow a government, by influencing an election, harassing, spying, and trying to intimidate a candidate and therefore are guilty of treason.
The democratic call for impeachment was also a act of treason since there was no charges that Trump could be brought up on and stoked the false fires of unrest. If they did not influence every media outlet then the sites of justice would look in their direction.
Did they know the of the plot to overthrow Trump and conspire to help in this?
How can we have a democratic republic when this kind of thing goes on against any candidate not put up by the cabal?
Who would have the resources to run and keep out of jail and not tied up with this going on?
Who would run except those who already were put up by the cabal?
You want to take back the government, tired of congress not doing anything, tired of dems or republicans, different sides of the same coin, then speak up.
ARREST THEM NOW.
PROVEN, VERIFIED.
Russia knew the truth and acted on it arresting an individual, yet our own government has not and allowed this treason to go on
If you ever wanted to see how a nations freedom is taken away then look no further than this example, when the depts of justice, all the three letter agencies, those in governmental positions all conspired to take over a country.
Its not a conspiracy theory anymore, its a fact.. Laid out all nice and neatly for anyone to see.
Even Trumps bravado in the beginning turns out NOT to be lies but him telling the truth of an elaborate attempt to control, and conspire the narratives on an election and those running in it. The election show he put on, called lunacy, conspiracy theory and many names to stir division but in the end it turns out to be true, imagine that.
This is a question, why was Trump picked to run against Hillary? Maybe it was Americas final attempt to remove the powers of corruption that have been running this country for awhile.
We came so close to loosing an election and the freedom of this country, that could have plunged us into the darkness and the destruction of the US as we know it, that is how close we came, and the thing that saved us is our votes our voices in defiance to every media outlet, statistical projection and attempt to influence, it was the heart and decency of the people to put forth their right to vote and claim independence of the corruption they saw in government.

I was really hoping Mueller would uncover what Trump put under baldo's saddle to make him buck so much!
Doubt that is going to happen. What I'm not holding my breath for is a well deserved apology from our Trump haters or at least an admission that they were wrong. Maybe they are simply embarrassed, wouldn't blame them, I would be. What I am relatively sure of is the lack of comments from those folks is because they are waiting for the next Democrat produced drama. This ain't over, you can bet their hatred is simmering...... I really disliked Obama's policies and his plan for the United States but, never went where the Trump haters went simply on hoping they could find something. I sincerely wish the same type of investigation would happen to Hillary, then we could get past what did or didn't occur. Rams

Rams Rams I am waiting to read the actual report from Mueller before weighing in. 3 quotes in a synopsis from the Attorney General doesn't show much. I need some literacy help from Willow, or others who understand grammar better than I. There is a quote in Barr's report that starts with [T]. What does that mean or symbolize ? If this was learned in 10th grade English class, it's been long forgotten. TIA

NO matter what Mueller's report says the big thing it says is, "NO COLLUSION", so anything else is a nothing burger.
Is that the birth certificate from Obama's half brothers web site, the one who says Obama was born in Kenya?

Rams I'm waiting for more complete information before I throw my hat in the ring. Like others have said...a four page 'summary' from a hand-picked AG with a past position of this: "Notably, Barr has always been opposed to an obstruction case against the President. Before he was attorney general under Trump, Barr wrote a memo in June 2018 to top Justice Department officials, saying he believed an obstruction case against Trump was "fatally misconceived." And then there's this....."While this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him," Mueller wrote in his report, as Barr quoted him on Sunday. Contrary to the lies being spewed, he's nowhere near free and clear. So everyone that's doing cartwheels, you may be a bit premature in your revelry...

https://worldnewsdailyreport.com/kenya-authorities-release-barack-obamas-real-birth-certificate/and remember it was Hillary who originally exposed the facts that he wasn't born in america. Also he is not african american since his father and his family are not from america. his fathers family were slave traders and his mothers family were slave owners.

At this point pushing the Obama Birther conspiracy theory is almost as outlandish as those on the left still clinging to the Collusion Birther conspiracy theory against President Trump; neither is credible, neither is helpful, and if the good guys keep pushing the Obama one it makes us look almost as foolish as those on the left are right now.

from another message board
"The globalist elite had taken control of the American Governement and there was no way the American People could stop them because the globalist elite controlled the primaries. The American People would have lost their country had Clinton won the election and now the American People have one chance...One chance because of Trump. NOW the American People must demand that heads roll. The dirty elitists who thought themselves above the law MUST be prosecuted and imprisoned for their crimes. Because our country is not yet secure and we may yet lose to these RINOs and Demonrats who think they own us. They work for us...they do not own us. Prosecute the vermin who tried to reverse the will of the People. MAGA is for all Americans. Wake Up and defend your children's future or they will be surfs."

No need for cartwheels. It is the same as if Mueller had determined that the sun is hot. We all knew it, even the Democrats. Now the Democrats are hoping to find a thread to to pull on for the next two years to keep them from looking like fools.
