As I have frequently said, I'll ride with just about anyone except extremely loud and stupid.
In this case, I'll let  the Duke lead the pack and follow with respect.

Apparently scooters can be chick magnets.

A bunch of guys that I know took off to Daytona for bike week a few years ago.

They were all on Harleys except one guy that didn't own a bike. When they got there he rented a scooter for the week. He wound up giving free rides to a bunch of women. Most flagging him down and asking him to give them a ride.

That didn't happen to a single one of the guys on their Harleys.

As they say around Detroit: If you're not on a Harley, you mat as well be riding a moped.

I dare you to say something about his bike

He's dead, Sparky.  I have no fear of the dead.   Wink

I'll bet I could be a pretty tough guy if the script said I was.

He does look good on it.  He certainly could afford it.  I reckon he could sit on whatever would float his boat.   Smiley

It was just one of those little scooters that you can rent at the beach.

the Duke got DUKED by not getting the other half of his ride.  coolsmiley

I put on near 1500 miles on my 249cc scooter this past summer mostly back and forth to work and going to visit my mom a few times per month.  Why not?  I passed a few HD's along the way as well.  2funny

Could care less what anyone thinks of a grown, middle aged fat man riding dare I say, a tad (just a tad) bit peppy scooter?  It keeps up with traffic is all that matters to me and runs/starts.
