Just got back from a trip to Montana to see my first niece graduate high school. Yes... I'm a proud uncle.
While there, I was "forced"

to steal my sister's bike (V-Star 900) and roll out with brother-in-law (on a Kawasaki Vulcan 1700) for a little trip to Rushmore the next state over. And wouldn't you know it, but Devil's Tower was only a few minutes detour! Well I can't just let that slip by without stopping.
Boy... life can be difficult at times...
Was a bit chilly for one of those days, and lots of rain... Which was rough enough in itself. But hitting hail at 70+ mph... well... that is just plain PAINFUL!!!!!!!!!
Luckily for us, it was only pellet sized (slightly bigger than BB's), so only whelps developed... no blood shed or broken body parts.
Of course we pulled over and suited up the full-on winter gear for more padding. Of course, by the time we started moving again, the hail stopped.
For those that have never had the pleasure or riding through hail... I do NOT recommend it!!!! (Though it does make for a good story...)
