As far as Clinton being qualified, as much as Obama and look what that got us.  

She's been in "public service" for years so, she knows how the system is supposed to work.  She also has experience in the White House where she learned the constraints of what a sitting President can get away with.  Several examples from supposedly transparent administrations to learn from.  Apparently not the same experience Bill had with Monica but, she surely learned something from Bill.   Quite frankly, that concerns me.

I don't mean to suggest she didn't use those learning experiences to her distinct advantage.  The Clinton's wealth has grown enormously along with the Clinton Foundation's value.   The original question did not ask about her morals and did specifically ask to leave Trump out of the equation so, I have to say that she should be qualified.   Although I don't see many folks lining up for Ambassador assignments for her....   But, she lacks the integrity to take the sworn oath and follow through with it so, that makes my response a solid NO.
