I would highly consider switching if you do not use your insurance much ever at all like I never have done in my life. Keep switching and then stay with an insurance company until they prove otherwise by jacking you around increasing your premiums for NO fault of your own. I can deal with 3-5% yearly increases tops, but much over that I keep switching and never have seen any yearly premiums drop EVER after being with any insurance company even if with them for 10 years way back when decades ago.
Pretty sad, but none are loyal to you so why be loyal to them. The days of loyalty with any company is few and far between. Have seen several people I know in their late 50s or even say 3-6 months prior to retirement age 65/67ish who were let go by their company after decades of the daily grind and insurance companies are no different. It is YOUR money, MAKE them EARN it first.
