I'm so tired of 'investigations' that are going on in DC. What a bunch of clowns. The Media, the Dems, the Republicans, everyone, it seems, These days the only business going on is 'investigations' Nothing comes of all this BS and taxpayer dollar waste.
The media eats all of this up and adds their BS opinion to this unholy mix. I don't watch CNN, ABC, MSNBC,CBS, PBS and barely watch Fox. I don't read anything with the AP label either. To me it's all one big cluster. Meanwhile, the fat boy with the ugly haircut in North Korea, is getting ready to try to WMD us.

I would say that the only time there is any common sense in DC is when the Honor Flights come to town. A planeload of aged veterans has more guts, sense of duty, and respect for our Republic than all the pols, lawyers, and bureaucrats in DC combined!

What a bunch of @#$%^.

Couldn't agree more.  It's always a fight for power, not for the citizens they are elected to represent but for themselves.

I guess we should just eat cake.

No argument here, most in D.C. are self-serving to the point they have become so crass about it that they don't even try to hide it anymore. For the majority of our illustrious legislators, if we could buy them for what they're really worth and sell them for what they think they're worth, we'd make a huge dent in our national debt.  Angry

If U.S. Citizens helped or were helped by the Russians, I see this as very worthy of an investigation.

Looking at all the investigations going on into the investigations, there's a lot of doubt to spread around.

Regardless of what any investigation into the 2016 election finds, Russia's motivation has always only ever been the personal interests of their leadership.  They'll project any image and take any actions they require to achieve their ends.

No argument here, I thought a few things interesting,

Chris Matthews said Thursday the accusation that President Trump directly colluded with Russia to interfere in the U.S. election “came apart” following former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony in front of Congress.

James Comey Testifies Loretta Lynch Told Him To Refer To Clinton Email Probe As “Matter Not Investigation”

Jame Comey said Trump did not ask or influence his decision in any way, also told Trump he was not under investigation.

James Comey leaked information

In all the thunder that dissipated to nothing Pelosi is still pushing her agenda

Its pretty disgusting alright.

I'm not really sure how you can not believe them when we haven't even seen the conclusions of them.

The New York Times got it wrong when it reported this year that the Trump campaign colluded with Russian intelligence officials during the 2016 election, former FBI Director James Comey testified Thursday before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

I think what I find egregious also is the fact that Hillary, Obama, are not under investigation right now for the wrongs they did and even when Hillary was the subject of these investigations Comey let Hillary walk. Plus other investigations that should be started.

DOJ ends Holder-era, Obama, ‘slush fund’ payouts to outside groups
Unfortunately, in recent years the Department of Justice has sometimes requires or encouraged defendants to make these payments to third parties as a condition of settlement,” Sessions added. “With this directive, we are ending this practice and ensuring that settlement funds are only used to compensate victims, redress harm, and punish and deter unlawful conduct.”

Bank of America, for example, was required to pay nonprofit organizations as part of a record $17 billion settlement to resolve an investigation into its role in the sale of mortgage-backed securities before the 2008 financial crisis. The agreement was struck under then-Attorney General Eric Holder’s Justice Department.

It all reminds me of the 60's when we had to take Civil defense classes because "the Russians were coming". It think when our govt accuses some other country of meddling in elections its the "pot calling the kettle black". People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.

All this Russia crap is a waste of time, all the intelligent people in this country know it. If Russia would have gotten in and influenced the election and interfered or rigged it or whatever, Hillary would be president. They would have loved to have her in office. Putin could have gotten anything from her, walked all over her ass. Remember, she already gave Putin 25% of all of our Plutonium, forever. Comey is a slimy crooked ass politician POS, not a Lawman. I'll bet his next job will somehow be some board position in the Clinton Foundation.
The idiots have been whining about the Russians and this crap for almost 9 months now, Despite that, Trump has done more for this country in 9 months than the other bunch did in 8yrs.
With all of this so called "Leaked information" that is coming out everywhere these days, don't you think there would have been one little shred of proof that Russia made Trump president would get leaked out over the past 9 months??????
All these freaking crybabies, STFU and let the country start getting it's crap together already.

I find it amusing that all of a sudden everyone has major problems with all these investigations, everyone is so sick of it. But had absolutely no problem with it prior to Jan 20, 2017....Couldn't have enough.

The difference is clearly quantity, much accelerated. I disagree with you.  Add in the sore losers, the Repubs who aren't certain of anything, and the tweet happy pres. and now you have excuses to do more and more.

Of course the media is willing and able to add their BS.

Meanwhile everything else is neglected, none are doing their job!

I understand some of your sentiment. It sucks that they are not getting much done. But it is important to get to the bottom of what happened. And for me, it has nothing to do with losing the election.

I may be wrong (that would be a first), but I don't recall you having this sentiment when most of us were wanting to get to the bottom of F & F coverup, IRS scandal, server gate, Bergdahl exchange, Benghazi, or any of the other F ups by the dems, these were REAL issues for concern, with real evidence of their occurance, not fairy tales and fishing expeditions.  And the lies!  What Commie made up about a conversation with Trump vs. the entire administration blaming the death of 4 Americans on a video,  I could go on but I'm wearing out my finger.

They are grasping at anything to try to get Trump.

Meathead this whole posting thing here, including mine, isn't any more productive than the investigations of the investigations in DC.

You're implying an insult here. no need for that. I ,most certainly, won't say that you have your head somewhere else, you deserve better but so does ALL the posters here.

I perceive that you're expecting more honesty from the 'investigators' doing the investigations in DC than is possible.

Wayne, you are right. I shouldn't have responded to insults with further insults.

Mr. Skin, I never had a problem with them investigating "Fast & Furious" or any of the other items you mentioned. I did have an issue with multiple, ongoing Benghazi  investigations that were done for the sole purpose of bringing down Clinton. (That was the assessment of the Republican #3 in the House)

If you want to believe that Trump's campaign guys luring about secret meetings with Russian operatives, Trump's top Intelligence guy receiving Russian money and not reporting it, Trump's son in law secretly meeting with Bankers who were on the blacklist as just "grasping at anything to get Trump" then so be it.

MY question perzackly! After filling out my ballot and letting a computer machine "read" it it then dropped into a locked container. Most of the people working inside on election day I know or am familiar with. Most-NOT all. And with the county I live in going over 80% repub is NOT a surprise. I can safely Swear I DID NOT receive ANY monies for my Vote. Had "someone" offered me a 17 Cummins powered Dodge I MIGHT have considered BUT no one did that. RIDE SAFE.

the point about the Russians messing with our election is trying to mess with the software of the counting machines.

I personally think Trump is his own worst enemy - the man can't seem to shutup and let processes run to their conclusion before making a comment about them. And he has NEVER lost his bullying from when he was a host on the apprentice. I think Comey was saying that he wouldn't be bullyied and Trump didn't care for that.

It's one thing to be the boss, and another thing entirely to be a bully about it.
