Don't know if it's legit or not but I had a Rocket III Touring. Ran well, transmission was crap. That's a major problem ^ complaint with the III.

when I purchased a 750 Aero years ago it was advertised as a Yamaha VT750 with very small odl school cell phone pics.... and was getting cheaper as weeks passed

No body touched it and when the price was at its lowest I grabbed it, turned out to be mint, just the old boy couldn't ride anymore but he didn't know computers and the daughter who was selling it new nothing about bikes Cheesy

That's the trouble when you take all the badges off, as I did.  Honda name only can be seen on the alternator cover and VIN tag.  People always have to ask what this beast is.  Maybe I have a 2013 with 9000 miles on it.  Maybe you have to add 100k miles, who knows?
