Here in The Republic we welcome refugees fleeing the failure of California, we just ask that they leave the politics that destroyed their once great state behind them when they come here...

When I lived in Colorado the influx of folks from the left coast was eezzzee to spot even after they had Colorado tags. First snow they wuz generally upside down and backwards in the center median or the same on the shoulder.  Lips Sealed And according to folks I know that still live in Colorado-the folks from the left coast HAVE effed it up. When they catch the tagger in Portland might be interesting to see What he/she be charged with. Far as The Great Republic of Texas goes-first thing the Texans told me wuz-don't care HOW ya did it in Illinois-yer here now. RIDE SAFE.

From the article linked to in DirtyDan's post:

Quote
The tagging incident is, in the couple's opinion, more related to a road rage incident from Saturday, with the message fixating on one thing: the California license plates on Faraday's car.

"Do I feel like a victim of a hate crime? Not at all," Faraday later added. "I feel like the victim of a really big — hole."
