Are the forks internally this different left to right?

https://photos.app.goo.gl/KLsBsbeQPBQmuBrB6

I am about to rebuild them and want to ensure I get the proper parts.

Any suggestions as to what parts should be replaced, beyond the fork seals?

Looks like I will be getting Progressive springs...

Yeap, will do... I searched the other day and most of them were just replacing the outer seals when they failed.

I will see if I can find a post where someone did the "Full-Monty" on the forks.

I usually do the bushings every time I do the seals.  Already there, not that much money and may help new seals last longer (at least that's what I tell myself).

Use Honda OEM parts.  Again, not that much money.

I've rebuilt many forks in my garage. The best seals are made by "All Balls". They fit tighter and just fit better. There is a You Tube video on rebuilding VTX 1800 forks. They are the same internally, just a bit longer.

The left and right forks are very different.  One requires a special tool to disassemble.  It's been a while but I think one damps in one direction, and the other does the reverse.

The 1800 uses basically the same forks.
