It's like she has never lived in the real world. Is she trying to play the "I had a poor family" card? My family had a garbage disposal in the early 60's. We were lower middle class at best. I cannot believe she is that stupid.
Where has she been all her life?
She is a puppet. Her and her kind get elected by doing what their big money handlers tell them. Questions have pat answers. It scares the crap out of their handlers when the teleprompter screws up and/or they go off script.

She just doesn't have the experience. Frankly, few people her age do.

I have never had a garbage disposal unit, that's what dogs , cats , and hogs are for. If you had a septic system you had to be prudent with what went down the drain. Even today, I don't like using them but I should get points for knowing that they exist and how they operate.

In answer to the original question.... she got elected because she had a D after her name. Just like many R's get elected because they have an R after their names. It's not rocket science. It's not science at all. Dead people have been elected in just this way.
