Severl months ago, there was a thread pointing tothe discovery of a replacement petcock (not Danmarc). After scouring the posts, I am not sure there was one identified or it was not available. Any one remember the outcome? It was 23 degrees last night and my cheapie China one couldn't take it.......

The two best pet docks are OEM and Pingel. both are over $100 but are worth it.

When the bike sat for a while (longer than I'd care to admit) my Pingel was trashed. I sent it back to be rebuilt and they simply sent a new one...

I got a manual Pingel and never looked back! Key on , valve on, Key off valve off. Becomes second nature, just like in the old days!

I can’t remember who put the comments up on here but it was for an OEM Honda petcock non Valkyrie one without the vacuumed port and it works like it’s supposed too for so much cheaper, it’s just an on / off valve, I have a habit of shutting of my fuel every time I stop so no issues for years, I think it was from JIM C

I can vouch for this, got a manual Pingel for 75.00 shipped from eBay still in the original package. Now I turn fuel and key on and off simultaneously, and I get to hug the fat girl a little bit at the same time. She likes it and runs better.. Haha

I've loved many bikes, over the last 52 years of riding, but this Valkyrie machine may have propelled me headlong into IDOLATRY....

If the pictures on the amazon petcock that you posted are correct, it is the opposite of what we need. The fuel outlet is pointing backward. We need part # 16950-MBW-023 Jim
