Really depends on the defenses or actually, the offensive lines. Both QBs are exceptional. Mahomes is younger, faster/quicker, has a better arm and can run the ball but, Brady has a huge experience advantage. If either defense can get to the opposing QB, it's all over for that team. I believe KC has the better defensive secondary giving the line and rushers more opportunity to take Brady down. Should that be true, I predict KC by 14.
But, if Tampa Bay gets to Mahomes, just turn that score around. Neither team has an outstanding backup should either starting QB get hurt. Should be a good game.
Will be pulling for the Chiefs.

KC's backup QB may not be "outstanding", but he is competent. He is no Mahomes, but he keeps getting picked up as a backup QB around the league.

As I previously stated, neither is "Outstanding" to win the SB, those defenses are top notch. Competent is not likely to get it done. My boys have got this in the bag!!! GOOOOOOOOO CHIEFS!!!! I most certainly hope so. Rams

Oh, now that's funny!! By Golly, that's one shrewd bet. Appears to wager (potentially) a large amount of money and support the local team with little chance of actually having to pay off. But, I do agree, should be a great game. Rams

Ron - I'll take the Tampa Bradys getting 14 all day every day. Put me down for a hundo. Been checking the line each day, everyone jumping on the Chiefs bandwagon will drive that line higher. MI now has online betting, giving point to Brady is , I'll jump in when the spread is 5.5 points.

I don't pay attention to football, not much attention anyway, especially now. But, we'll be at a party Sunday. Being in western NYS and western Florida, if I were a fan of the game I'd be a Bills and Bucs guy. So, my money is on Tampa.

Unfortunately they're going after him now, like they did with Kraft, because he supported the previous President. Such garbage.

Brady was and remains one of my favorite QBs of all time. He was and is great but, I also think this may be his last season. He'll make an excellent coach and will probably end up like Elway as an owner/GM somewhere. I'll miss him taking snaps but, I sincerely believe KC is gonna kick his butt. I hope he doesn't get hurt too badly. Rams

We've seen Henne at QB for KC recently while Mahomes was taken off the field. We've seen so many of these young QBs enter the NFL and think they are still in college thinking they can run the option and take on linebackers. Welcome to the NFL. Where are they now? Its a long list of QB's that have come and gone since Brady was taken 299 in the draft and kicked tons of butt.

Are we on for that drink of choice on this game? BTW, you were correct about what Vegas is giving for a points spread and I'll take their odds for that drink, payable at our next meeting. chiefs should win but heard this morning before work that 2 chiefs players might not play seen same barber who tested positive for covid. Anyone know if either player now has tested positive for covid and out of the game? If say Kelsey, Hill, or Mahomes tested positive I would give the edge slightly to the Bucs. One thing is for sure, I hope Brady gets sacked 10x's in the game....

While (admittedly) we will have two great QBs in this game, let's not forget this is a team sport. That's why I'm picking KC for the win. I also admit to being a Chiefs fan. But, trying to be objective about it, KC has the best secondary in the league, one of the best defensive lines, one of the best offensive lines, the best receivers in the NFL and some of the best running backs. As long as both quarterbacks remain in the game, I don't see how anyone (being objective) can go with the Bucs. Vegas seems to agree with me. The Bucs are very good, I just don't think they as good. But, that's why we play these games isn't it. The only reason I see the Bucs winning is that old adage of, On Any Sunday. It's gonna be a great game, I hope. Rams

He and Michael Jordan both have 6 Championship rings. If Brady wins on Sunday, he will be the greatest team athlete of all time. How about Bill Russell's 11 championships? The amazing stat about Russ is that he won in 11 out of 13 years as a player. A great, focused team player under constant personal duress playing in Boston for all that time. Henri Richard-11 times on the Stanley Cup as a player. Jean Beliveau-17 times on the Stanley Cup, 10 as a player, 7 as an executive. Jordan is definitely one of the greatest NBA players of all time (I maintain that Kareem was on top of the list) and Tom Brady is the best quarterback of his list (my choice shall remain Johnny U.). Accolades to them all in their respective eras of competition; greatness is hard to measure over decades and evolution of respective sports. Watching athletic excellence is certainly worth observing; the striving for perfection in pursuit of victory. A thing of beauty is defined by the "eye of the beholder", it is said. Oh...Tampa Bay by 2 points. Annnd...Elway is as dumb as a hammer, he ruined the Denver Broncos team with his incompetence as a GM; annnd , so he was given a promotion!

CHiefs - no doubt. They are the modern example of a TEAM that works together and give each other pep talks when something went wrong. Mahomes may well become a coach when his playing days are over (a long time from now barring serious injuries / concussions).
OTOH - there's a reason why they play the game.

Suh for Bucs may have a very good game chasing down Mahommes since heard he going against a rookie starting his 1st NFL game.
I could be wrong as we all are guessing, but it may turn out to be a very close game and could go either way. Never count out Brady even though not a huge fan of him beating our Packers when IMO the Packers could have and should have beat them if were not for crappy defensive backs letting receivers go right on by them for a few TD's and refs suck and stupid Packers coach not going for it on 4th and goal 2 minutes to go.

My take on the game has not much to do with Brady or Mahomes. I think the key will be if KC's offensive line can hold off the Buc's defensive line. Looking forward to another great SuperBowl game.

First half, Tampa Bay has played well on defense. Actually better than I thought they could. Their offense has played about as I expected.
I expect to see some "adjustments" by KC second half.

TB's defense is playing one heck of a game. Can't take that away from them.

What's the deal with this singer I've never heard of and why is the field full of dancers with jock straps over their faces?!?!?!
I'm so confused now...
You're confused? I usually don't watch or follow pro sports but my wife and family love'em. My wife has the Super Bowl on today and I am compelled to watch as well. It isn't so much that I'm "confused" it is more like finding one's self in a really weird drug induced nightmare in a different universe. Cardboard fans. Some real ones mixed in. Referees wearing masks on the field while the player are not wearing them. A cameo by a mask less President stressing the need to always wear them. A social justice campaign to rival the Crusades. Sound track cheering. More social justice. Social justice commercials. Didn't watch the half time show. Brady and Gronk back for an encore performance. From Patriots to Pirates. Kinda like Trump supporters the media portrays. Surprised they ain't canceled yet for white privilege or something stupid. An advertisement for Beer that has no alcohol. Let me repeat that, there was an ad FOR Beer that has no alcohol because it had NO ALCOHOL. What have we done?
