Just wanted to invite all my Florida friends to join us in Hattiesburg, MS for Mississippi Madness, A Meet, Greet and Eat event.   I know it's a bit of a journey but, take a look at who else is coming.   Gonna be a good time.   The more, the merrier.  If you haven't already considered this event, please do.

I don't like seeing a nice post like this just sit so I am going to respond for that reason.  What a nice gesture to invite people to come to a motorcycle event and a Valkyrie event at that. 
We used to have a yearly Florida Valkyrie Riders event in Panama City Fl. on Veteran's day weekend, that gave everyone an extra day on the beach.  Took up lots of rooms in the Holiday Inn right there on the beach a couple of times and the one farther North a few times too.  Sadly that fell by the wayside.  I'll see if I can dig up some pictures.  Seems like I remember a good story about some white lightning and a bug killer but I won't get into details.....
We quit riding a few years ago and got into RV'ing instead.  First we had a toyhauler and carried two Valkyries all the way to the first Inzane that was held in Colorado.  Still enjoy touring around, but now we do it on 10 wheels instead of two.
Anyway thanks again for the cordial invitation.

 Sorry. Life has creeped up and totally got in the way.  I see Joe May post on FB how many days he has until he parks that big rig he lives in. Me, I still have a few. You are surely an open and friendly member from posts and some of our PMs.  I so wish I had more time.  I have such a good position at work but with this Covid world I lost one FT and 15 PT workers, this puts me in the workers shoes and the Managers shoes.

If you look at the Mississippi Madness thread, there is a list of those already committed and those trying to come to the event.   I'm a bit surprised by the response of so many folks and a whole bunch more that would like to come.

Our whole goal is to simply get together and enjoy the company.   You meet the nicest people on a Honda ya know. 

Well, I still hope many of you can make it.   If you can't this year, we'll try again next April.   Ride safe.

I already have two RVs coming and plugging in at my place, although I'm out of RV plug ins, you'd be very welcome to come and park at my place, I have a lot of room for that.

I won't expect it but, if you show up, I and several other Valkyrie riders will be over joyed.   I'll keep my fingers crossed that you might make it.    Just so you know, it's hard to roll the throttle with yer fingers crossed.
