2)  The long sleeve shirt option wasn't listed.  If you want a long sleeve shirt, it's fixed now.

Registration is open!!

Lots of fun stuff planned (some things are still in the works).  Thursday night dinner will be a "Pitchfork Fondue" and social before chowing down.  That should be a hoot!  

You will call the hotel directly for reservations, the contact info will be at the top of your receipt.

$109/night - King
$119/night - Double Queen

OK, signed up for full registration and when I called the hotel I was told all the Early Bird registrations are taken at $99/night so only $119/night is available for the entire week. Something seems off, anybody also told that? That's an extra $100 + tax for the week.

The $99s are sold out.  There should be an option for $109, I'm not sure if that is for King or double queen.

Next Time, and from now on, please post the number of cheap or discounted rooms available when you Open registration.  I was told the number was in the single digits.  Had I realized it was such a low number I wouldn't have waited on a confirmation from my roomie.

P.S.  There was nothing shady.  We had to beat the hotel down to give us those 20 at $99.

I just signed up.  Same story about he room, $119/night.  I checked around for other hotels and $119 is not bad.  Of course, there are cut-rate flee bags for $70, but why take a chance?

I injured my shoulder recently, so riding all the way from South Carolina is out of the question.  I'm putting the little darling on a trailer and driving the truck.

The shady comment was pretty much a joke, I know you guys are on the up n up, but I would still like to know how many rooms are available when you open registration if an agreement like that is in effect.  As stated I would have jumped sooner had I known it was such a low number.  I'll bet they were gone in less than a hour.

Sorry Joe, I'm trying to sort out the $109 vs $119 right now.  The desk jockey said they had only $99 and $119... that's not what our contract states.  They were gone quick... but I think more than an hour.

I just registered and ordered shirts.  The hotel info is on the receipt that is emailed to you.  NOT on the receipt that pops up confirming your registration and payment.

Hey EVERYONE!  I'm trying to sort out the $109 vs $119 right now.  The desk jockey said they had only $99 and $119... that's not what our contract states.  If you register for a room now that should be $109, we will make sure you get moved to the $109 when we get it straightened out.

The last Billings InZane I stayed at a KOA campground pretty close to GZ.   Although I didn't spend much time at the campground but, it was a very nice place.

Our registration went great.  Got your email a couple hours later and registered for the Hotel.  King for $109. a night. Found this format less confusing and went great. Thanks for all the work the staff does for these events.  We are looking forward to visiting this area again.

For sure...just got off the phone with Tim(Dagwood). Now I'm getting a little excited...just a little.  Want to mount a new tire on the front and will probably replace the two rears since they're 11 yrs. old now. Needs new rear brake pads and maybe an axle or wheel bearing on the left side, have to see what the shop says on that.
