Well it's a three and a half hour ride over there but sounds like a good time to meet up w/ some neighboring valk riders Smiley    Count me in.. I am off that weekend and should be able to spare a saturday.  Sharkey, you might want to post this on the Kansas board so everyone there could see it.

http://www.valkyrieforum.com/bbs/index.php/topic,8315.140.html

Most of us over here have it bookmarked to send us an email that notifies us that someone posted so in case one might miss your post they will get an email  cooldude

Keep us posted maybe we can meet early enough or later to have breakfast or lunch...

Hope your doing well...  Look forward to seeing you!

Joe,
Your welcome at my place. You can have my daughters room, it has its own bathroom. Let me know. There is some great roads here in the Ozarks. I will be working different jobs on the Team, so probably wont be able to ride with you. Regina is the team captian this year, so I do as Im told.

Would love to make it this year, however my next couple of month are kinda full and I still have to find time to mow the yard once in a while. By the way Sharkey I'm going to be in your area on the 17th at Cowtown for the Spyder Fest stop by and say Hi.

Bump

This is actually Sharkey's wife.
I wanted to bump this thread and invite any and all riders!
I am the team captain of the Relay for Life team this year and this will be our second annual poker run fund raiser.
We have been working diligently to make this a great event and to raise funds to fight the vicious disease cancer. I lost a beloved friend this past year.
We will have a nice ride, and afterwards a live band, a viewers choice bike show (how I would love to see some Valkyries in the show) and games.
I just wanted to post a reminder.
Pre-registration is highly recommended,  the link is in Sharkey's first post.

Tink

Don't think I'll be back from picking up my new (to me) IS yet but if I get in early I will try to make it.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways. totally worn out, shouting, "Holy ****... What a Ride!"
