Everyone has had at least one. Who has had the most? I'll start...2 now. got a '97 in 99, sold in '10, owned 11 years (in case Black Dog can't do the math Shocked) Got a 98 in '10. Now if I keep her till '21 (another 11 years) and get a '99 and so on and so on, I'll be 122 years old when I get the '03 model in 2076. Then I'll try and find a Rune. cooldude

I'm on my second. The first was a beautiful blue/silver 200 Interstate and now I have a gorgeous green and silver 1999. I'd love to add a Tourer to the stable as well.

3 & still own 97 standard with California  sidecar, 98 Tourer bought new in 2000, 1999 I/S which is my road/Sturgis bike.  All are in good shape & road worthy.  Just put 2,000 miles on the hack in June.

I imagine there will quite a few that have owned 3. When you get up to 4-5, I think you're talking obsession. Not necessarly a bad obsession but obsessed just the same. Wink

have had 3, sold a 97 Tourer when I got the 05 Rocket III.  He doesn't post a lot, but I think probably Valkhound, Dana has had more than anyone.  Maybe he will disclose the number.

Got my first one  in June 1998 ....Yellow / Creame Standard...Still own it today....If something was to happen and I had to sell my bikes it would be the last one to go.Trunk and fairing can be took off and put back on in less than 10 minutes...I call it " Half-Breed "

I bought this one from a fellow VRCC member after a crash ( 1999 Standard ). I told him if the frames not bent I may fix it ....If it's bent then I have a parts bike.... My friend " The " Detn8er told me that bike has bad mojo and I would'nt ride it to the mailbox ....The PO had crashed it three times  Shocked  I glued it all back together with help from fellow Valk riders , VRCC vendors and Flea-bay....I call it " BADMOJO ".

This is my last one a 1999 Interstate ...I'm not a big fan of the Interstate too much like a Goldwing in my mind. This one has Hondaline chrome front to rear and could be bought ( I've said this a few times in the past and change my mind when the time comes to pullin' the title out of the safe  Undecided  ).I really don't need three Valkyries and could use the green stamp$ for some much needed home repairs.

2002 Blue/white standard and a 1999 Green IS.  (Not nearly as clean as Joes)

I got the 2002 in 2003, and the 1999 in 2010.

just one.  isn't that enough?  don't expect to out live this thing anyway!!

i kinda look at it as if i were a mormon with several super-model wives, it would be hard to figure out "which one will i ride today?"  it's just easier to go out and ride the one......

I've owned 5 and currently still have 3 of them.  Probably one of the few things that SE and I agree on is that there is no prettier Valkyrie than the 1998 Jade Green/Black Tourer!

4....sort of kind of. 2 valks....and 2 Valkyrie Runes (hey, that IS the OFFICIAL name of that bike). A 98 Maroon and  creme Tourer for Sherry, a CBC (that's the red ones, for those who don't have a clue about Runes  Grin) Rune for Sherry, a  red and white first year 97 Tourer for me...that I've had since DAY ONE...and a DCB Rune for me (that's the black one, again........for those...who are Rune challenged  Roll Eyes )

BamaJack probably won't post...but he currently has four Valks....ALL BLACK, of course...for him. I'm not sure how many of each he has...but he has AT LEAST one of each type...Standard, Tourer, Interstate...........

One...  Like Alph sez, ya can only ride one at a time  Wink

I'd like to fall in to a nice Interstate (red/black), and then see how much I could spend on 'go fast' bits, for my '97 Standard...

But for now, this bike gives me the best of all worlds...

500 - 700 mile days?  No problem  cooldude

Runnin' around after work, for some 'Mental Floss'...  Again, she fits the bill  Wink

Or, feelin' fiesty, Hardly huntin', in 'Gunslinger' mode  Evil

So, I guess ya could say, I own 3 Valks!

I only have one and it is my first and maybe last.

All this makes me think of a saying that I love that I attribute to the Valkyrie.

'If you've got it, and you know it,
you don't have to flaunt it.'

You can apply that to having the best motorcycle, the torqueist motorcycle, the fastest motorcyle, or the prettiest, or the most.

You don't have to brag about it, but it sure is easy.

The 2001 black and pearl beige is my second interstate. She will never be sold.  Only other Valkyrie riders and one friend who rides a road king have been allowed to ride her and that is usually so they can see how they like the mickopegs and the russell seat

The 2000 interstate was too fast black and I never did learn to ride it on oil without bouncing down the highway at about 50mph. That was in 2002   I am trying to improve really I am.
