Our Dear Leader may not control much in the way of global factors affecting the price of oil, but you sure as hell can lay responsibility at his feet for a domestic policy that calls for the dramatic increase in the cost of gasoline in the United States as a way (in theory) to drive Americans to so called "green" energy sources... something that today, has no market, is inefficient and costly and is unwanted by the consumer.
