Jimmy that would be them. a 12vdc test light is the best way to verify of course.
- Ground is the male (bare) bullet connector + positive is the female insulated bullet connector.
the 12vdc will power on when the key is ON.

I found them, tucked away , so short that it's not funny! Thanks for the link and photos, otherwise, I may have never found them. Are those 4mm females for bullets connectors or 3.5mm?

I believe all the Hondas are 3.5mm. You need to get them somewhere else than a regular place.
vintageconnections.com is one of those online places. They have all those special connectors for all you plugs on the bikes.

Those are NOT the ACC hookups.
Those are the plugs for rear passenger PTT CB button
Bought and hooked one up years ago.

I cut the wire at the fuse box and extended it to power an MP3. You can get a neg from anywhere

I just used those exact 2 wires on my 99 I/S to power a relay for some lights. The power is off unless the ignition switch is set to ON. Worked perfect. wired it with some bullet connectors so no cutting required.

No. The Std/Tourer CB's rear PTT connectors are the bullet type but originate from the radio itself. The I/S' counterpart (at least, on the two I've owned) is built into the harness and uses a Hitachi keyed connector like other wiring subassemblies on the bike. The connector in question can be found in the clear plastic hood which also contains the connectors for the bike's rear lighting. Those wires are treated as "ACC" (5A max) on the I/S and as "CB Power" on the other two. Best approach to interfacing with that circuit is to use it to activate a relay which supplies power to a Power Plate, Fuze Block or similar distribution bus.
