I know others have mounted the Showchrome, product number 53-448, solo rear fender rack on their valks with slight modification to the front rack mounting plate. I'm wondering if anybody has done this in combination with an Ultimate Big Boy seat and if they encountered any  problems?

I've got one mounted on my standard along with a driver's backrest. It fits with both a King & a Big Boy

 I had one mounted with the Ultimate Big Boy. If I remember correctly there were not many threads holding it when the thickness of the rack and seat mount plate are combined. If I were to run that set up more often I would look for a slightly longer bolt. To answer your question, yes it will work.
