Please note that all the links are not yet updated, as some things are still in the works.  The "who's going" list is updated manually and we will be doing that periodically throughout the day.  Thanks and see y'all in June!!

Registering right now, on hold as a matter of fact.  No rooms with a king sized bed available, and maybe a fridge?

Told her I was with a group and after a long hold was told to call hotel directly.

No Problemo.  King is $10 more and a fridge and microwave is another $10.

We're done!

Was thinking of flying the Queen down but no direct flights (some would take her longer to fly than for me to ride  Cheesy ) so will prolly be 2-up for the ride.  Should be interesting..................

No Problemo.  King is $10 more and a fridge and microwave is another $10.

Just got a call from Mama.  She talked to the hotel and they assured her there was no upcharge for fridge, that every room has one.  The king room is $10 more.

BTW, you do need to call the hotel directly.  If you call the corporate booking line they will tell you all rooms are booked.  The hotel is blocked for the VRCC.

Have to do some arranging as I need to accompany my mom on a trip to see
family later in the week to Portland Oregon.  She cant negotiate the airport etc by herself any longer

If anyone is looking for a non smoking room mate for Monday and Tuesday night I may be able to pull this thing off
and ride home Wednesday, go to work for a few hours and fly out west Thursday.

Sure hate to think about missing an Inzane
