Sorry I can't make it - the weekend looks like it will be a great one. Everyone ride safe and have a wonderful time.

Is there another ride happing later on?  Going would be great but both boys have their last football game tomorrow at 3pm.  I have not been able to get together with any other Valk riders from Mo. Would be nice to know there are more out there than just me...

My vote is yes on making it an annual ride. Did you figure out how I met the lead group as they were leaving Salem? Thanks for pulling this together.

Bon and Hee Yon are back in the house! What a great time! If we make this an annual event we'll be there. My wife has already forgotten her first night's cold-ride hardship and already remembers it as an adventure. Good times and some new good friends. It was great meeting you all and getting to know you.  cooldude

Bon it was a pleasure meeting you and your wife.  cooldude It was a great ride and adventure!  Smiley I believe the proper caption for picture number two is " I don't know what happened,  Shocked Embarrassed but my GPS says were only 25 miles from the motel!  Undecided Of course that is the same GPS that put us here and the other group way over there!"  2funny 2funny 2funny 2funny uglystupid2 uglystupid2

I vote for an annual event as well Awesome job to all those involved in the planning, great ride!  Smiley cooldude

EngEmt made it in the house at 5:05 pm what a great weekend! Would have liked to have had Ice Cream on Saturday but the ride and fellowship more than made up for it. Met a lot of new folks and reconnected with some old friends, just outstanding. Even though I give Joe a hard time him and his GPS showed me, Larry, and Jerry some great roads and scenry from the flatlands of Kansas to the rolling hills and roads of Missouri, Thanks Joe! Can't wait to do it again!

I will try and get pictures posted tomorrow as well.

Like I said we took the "Scenic, Scenic Route".   Those others missed out  2funny

BonS it sure was a pleasure visiting with you and your wife who was a real trooper.  I hope she was warmer on the trip back to home than the day you left for Potosi.  Larry, Jerry, and I all made it back to Topeka around 5pm.  Had a wonderful time and such a great "family" we have.  Sharkey, you did an excellent job on the planning and organizing of this trip.  If you need help for next year let me know I would be more than willing to do some of the leg work.

Thanks to all for a great trip.  I will post pictures in a bit... My son wants to go to McDonalds for breakfast  Wink
