Message from Thad Hi y'all - I got the result just a few minutes ago from a doctor. He said that there is no evidence of leukemia in my Day 14 Bone Marrow. Yah! Now what? I have to wait for my blood counts to go up again. I'll have other BMB probably on Day 30 or so to confirm if I'm in remission. Doctor said I'll be very very bored here while waiting. I don't think so... I have art project to do. :-) Oh, last week was my really terrible time because I have absolutely no energy left as I cannot sleep. I've been "fighting" with fever daily and some other weird stuff with medications. I'm all right now with low fever most of the time. Chilling is not my friend because it takes a lot of tenses on my muscles all over. I managed to walk a total of 955 laps in 19 days with one "rest" day. Totaling over 36 miles. Woo-wee! Thad SO far so good! You keep working on getting better, and we'll keep you in our prayers!

Damn it.. I just got bad new that I am not a full match for my brother... Bill, hoping and praying he won't need a transplant. Rather strange, I was found to be a match for two of my girls and my wife for the other two. After losing two of them to cancer we wanted to know...just in case. Take care buddy, you and the family are remembered daily. John

Happy to see Thad again and I am back in Oklahoma then will be going to inZane this Sunday. After InZane I will go back to see my brother and spend time there and help him whenever he need even If I have to hunt people who have a full match bone marrow for my brother So far they found three people who has full match and hopefully it will work for my brother. He should get bone marrow trans. in Aug if donor will come in time other wise he may will have to take third chemo again. It was not cool to see him going the chemo again...

Still praying for Thad and family. When I was going through my treatments sometimes I took 5 naps a day. The body just need to heal itself and sleep works wonders.
Hope to see you soon at Inzane (but no jerky this year).
