You gonna use the fog lights for turns?
Are you talking about bulb only or somehow rigging the fogs into the turn stalks?
Need more detail of your intentions to help.
Halogen bulbs utilized in the stock turn housings will melt them.
Rigging something into the stalks wouldn't look very clean.
The existing flasher relay could probably handle an extra 80 watts. Continuous, I don't know.
I suggest adding light instead of replacing light in the manner your thinking.
There are many ways to add Always Use a switched relay. See Shop Talk for relay info.
I did away with my OE turns because the hit the radiator pods I added
and added 20w halogen amber turns (non running) & 50 watt daytime marker spots to the forks.
My 50 watt nighttime landing spots are up near the fairing.
With fork mount watch out for fender travel you must have full compression clearance.
