Besides water, my two go-to drinks are cranberry juice (fruity, not real sweet, no sugar or calories), and lemonade (tarty, sweet and full of sugar and calories). Both in a glass crammed full of ice. Any sugar stimulant is avoided in the hours before sleep, lest I not sleep.
There's Dos Equis beer in the basement fridge if I'm feeling adventurous.
And there's some very nice single malts and Irish whisky under the kitchen sink, that is mostly just aging away (which doesn't actually happen in glass).
