If you are referring to Gale's son Justin, they went out of business long ago but they were in business for at least 4 years or more and made many sets of pipes. I bought a set for my Interstate and it was no problem buying pipes from them if you signed up during their multiple production runs at that time.

Not sure why you are bringing this up now but I don't remember hearing about anyone paying for pipes and not getting them?

I think he is referring the events a few yrs ago where somebody was taking deposits to do a limited run of the pipes. I think it was they needed 50 orders to make it happen. they never got 50 advances orders and  a deposit. the people who did post a deposit never got their money back. don't quote me but it was something on those lines from what I remember.

I’ve always thought Viking’s were the best sounding pipes I’ve heard on a Valkyrie. When I bought Charlie’s Interstate it came with a really nice sounding set, but Trish hated them. She wouldn’t ride it and said she couldn’t stand to follow me in her car. Ended up selling them and switching to Mark T exhaust and have been very happy with them. Kind of wish I’d kept them and installed them on a Tour. Would have been nice.

I got a set of them on my Tourer, have had many thousands of miles on them. Got lucky and bought them used 12 years ago. They really are a different sound. My son has a set of Cobras and we ride together often. They sound a little more raw, the Vikings remind me more of what you would hear behind a porche.

Tempting.  There are some great looking Tours out there for sale, but need a second garage before trying to get a forth bike.
