Engine paint

I did a Dsmog and have Carbs off any know a Brand and color that is close match to engine color I want touch it up since I have everything removed

I used Duplicolor engine enamel with ceramic in Aluminum color on my cb550 restomod and it's held up well. Looks great on the 40 yo motor and the match seems spot on. Bright. Good luck. I've thought abt painting mine black sometime with all the chrome parts and nuts taped over. Good luck.

Yes, sorry for late reply. It's good stuff. I've used black on other parts and it's tough. Scuff it with scotch guard, tape it off and do light coats. Use a hair dryer between coats to help dry it quickly. It will run if you go too heavy. Let me know how it goes. I'd really like to go black on mine. Pm me.

Sorry I'm pretty sure it was a dark can but it's the same stuff. VHT has similar paint without the ceramic.
