The Ride To Rattlesnake Ridge , Kentucky...

We'll have ( 5 ) possible ( 6 ) Valkyrie's ridin' out of Clinton, Tennessee in the morning ( friday ) for Rattlesnake Ridge , Kentucky. On the way back into Tennessee we'll cross through The Big South Fork that borders both states.Anyone wanting to join us can meet at Hardee's in the K-Mark Shopping Center on Clinch Ave. ( Hwy.25 ) @ 9:30 a.m....Bring It ....LET'S RIDE  :)

Friday morning.... The temps on my back porch show it's 28 here now BRRRRRR. They claim mid 40's for the high today. We've rode by the rural Appalachian Kentucky town named Rattlesnake Ridge several times and never went up top to check it out. The road going up the ridge looked awesome last time we was in the hood. Some of y'all might remember the post I made back in the spring with pictures of " The Bridge To Nowhere " Rattlesnake Ridge is near there and also on that ride Lance went down on his Kawasaki Ninja.

I've been within a stones throw of that area several times....if I had known it had such an ominous sounding name I would have been a little intimidated!

Yeah we've rode by it a few times but never stopped ....We checked it out today pretty cool twisties across the top of the ridge ....I saw another place on today's ride that looked cool...Wildcat , Kentucky it even has a Civil War Battlefield we did'nt stop cause it was gettin' late....Another time  :cooldude:
