petcock rebuild part no. ques.

Any idea on which part no. I need to get in order to rebuild the petcock? One is 16953-mbz-b51 37.00 and other K&L 0705-0075  19.95 also found a kit that does not incl. plastic dia. spacer block. Do I need that ?  And where best to place buy kits.  Big dif in price. Any suggestions appreciated.

Reference #4, Screen Set, 16952-MZ0-003 - Some have gotten away without replacing these, but as long as you're in there you may as well replace it.
