Has anyone put a smaller front fender on a Val and is there something out there that fits good . Iam looking at a 83 goldwing fender.  Thank for any input. 8) 8)

Some have put the front fender from an 1800 VTX C on their Valks.  I think there's a small mod to do to make it fit.....but nothing too difficult.  Looks good on a Valk IHMO.
I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

I like that idea...

I saw a write-up on installing the VTX 1800 fender on the Valkyrie but can't seem to find it now.  It's probably out there somewhere.  I like the look a lot!
Thanks,

I had a write up about this mod but I now realize that the server is out to lunch.
I'll create a new one and get back to you.  :)

Check out this link.  The thread was about something else but I posted pics of my bike that shows the VTX fender.

That was 8 years ago ... how time flies!  :-X

I've moved my web site to a different host. Therefore there are some broken links. When I get a chance, I'll fix them.  8)

using a die grinder could you shorten up & thin out the OEM front fender? Mine got crunched and I was thinking about doing it.

Technically anything's possible, but I believe the edge is rolled. You'd have a hard time duplicating that and without it you'd get corrosion pretty quick.
