I can't make Inzane this year - will be traveling with the wife to shows in Iowa and Nebraska.  Although I could just ride behind on the Valk, that really doesn't help her much with the driving, does it?  So, I'm looking for something that will fit into the schedule a little better.

The Britman's Memorial Day Ride is in North Carolina and Tennesee (see the link) and it looks like a great ride plus a chance to meet up with riders outside of our normal area.

Here's the link to the main article

That's about one IBR going and one on the way back. Sounds like a plan to me!

Another option would be to load several bikes on a trailer, multiple drivers and drive to NC and back to TX virtually non-stop. Leave on Friday back on Monday. Don't beat me up to bad for that idea!  :2funny: BTW how big ole boy r u!

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

Not looking to do iron butts on this one - I use it as a synonym for 1000 miles, too, but think this would just be a leave Friday morning, arrive Saturday afternoon type ride so would not be too wiped out for the Sunday ride.

My bike doesn't know what a trailer is so don't want to introduce her to one at this late date. :coolsmiley:

I said "an ol' Texas boy", not a "big ol' Texas boy".  I am old, though. 8)
