Successful.    My counting must be off or something.  I figured it would go 3 times earlier.

I'm going to try and get the Chevy out sometime today.   Biggest problem I have is getting my big fat butt to slide over in the seat.   Wears me out, so then I got to set 5 to 10 minutes trying to get my O2 content above 90%.

Damn it is hell to get old.    I don't know how solo1 does it.

I have no intention of selling the bike, cause I got 2 kids who want him when I croak.   I did ride it around a 5 square block in our housing area.    Was shaking like a dog sheetin razor blades at the end.

Seems to me everyone ages differently. Recently I went to a surprise 60th BDay party for one of my son's F.I.Law. He picked that day to run a half marathon. He ran 13.1 miles in 2 hours, 9 minutes, and 49 seconds. Heck, I'd be buried somewhere on the course.  Sad

13.1 miles in 2 hours, 9 min and 49 sec?

Shoot, I could do that. Not all in a row though. And I'd need a Red Bull IV while being chased by a couple of lions. And I'd have to use the Valk for the last 10 min. which would allow me nearly 2 hours at the DQ.

But I could do it.

Eastwood movies are on right now and it is a marathon.

They just finished Dirty Harry.

I didn't stay seated long enough to see the title of this one.

All I know someone was not convicted of something and they were all shot at a traffic stop.      I think the cop,(fake) on the motor, had a burr up his butt about something.   I'm guessing he was kicked off the force.

I'd had enough and it is past my bed time. Evil Evil cooldude cooldude police police

I love Eastwood movies! Dirty Harry is a classic, but Gran' Torino is great as well. I could do that marathon, or as Moonshot says, do the other one with the Valk, not running.

Isn't that why God made man smart enough to invent the wheel Undecided. Then, man became smart enough to put the wheel on the Valk. cooldude The rest is history.

Going to a neat Parade tomorrow morning in Woodstock, CT. Our town is now 326 years old (founded in 1686). Second largest town in CT by area at 61 square mile, but only 7,xxx people. Area wise, we are so spread out that we have three completely equipped Volunteer Fire Departments, so we have enough rolling stock of F.D. trucks, that when you add the Little League, VFW, American Legion, Girl Scouts, Garden Club, etc., the parade goes about 45 minutes. Then we have a fly-over, essay contest winners, a benediction, honoring the "Fire Man of the Year", Speeches by some local Politician, but most of all, we honor our local Vets. It's nice, and a real slice of Americana. It has become a huge tradition, and enjoys decent turnout of citizens. I hope it never stops! cooldude

Those long parades I take my Chevy Trike with the automatic transmission.

I rode too many parades when I was working.

Mostly I was running the perimeter to keep people from getting run over as they cross the street.
