No. But, you can get a carfax on it, some states report the mileage on inspection and that will show up on the report. Also, mileage is generally recorded on title transfer.

if the state where the bike is registered has an annual inspection. ask the owner where he takes the bike. you can go there they should have a record dating back several years.
the mileage will be written in the inspection book.

Mine's a Canadian version that recently turned over. Strange watching the speedo show all zeros again. I wonder how many more times it will turn over.

The interstate has a hundred thousand digit (six 9's) the others go to five  9's........if the indicated mileage is between say 00000 and 12000, take a look at the date code on the tires.  Date code of 0205 could suggest year 2002 and perhaps the mileage is indeed low......look at the rotors, how much wear -are they badly grooved..... are the brake pads old or new looking......tell us something about the bike.....

Its usually pretty easy for someone to try and falsify mileage. If there is an inspection sticker on the bike, there usually is a facility number on the sticker and maybe what the mileage the inspector thought was on the bike. This differs between states. But with the facility number at least you can find out the shops name and have a chat with them.Maybe the owner was a repeat customer. If the bike has changed hands before then maybe your DMV will still have the transfer records.
